Au ver à soie
102, Rue Réaumur
75002 Paris
In 1932, the bamboo rods appeared and were made by Pezon.
Between 1935 and 1937, the process of soaking bamboo has faced an important technical evolution that led to the meeting of Pezon and Michel and Charles Ritz.
In 1937, the first parabolic rod appeared and then in 1953, the famous fast, powerful parabolics.
This profitable cooperation lasted for 43 years.
Nowadays, Pêche à Soie offers, under the brand Crysalide, a rod developed by Dominique Lucas, craftsman and former employee at Pezon. Made on demand with a possible customization (binding, name...), this rod will come up to experienced fishers' expectations as far as quality and reliability are concerned.
The original purchaser benefits from a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects that covers normal wear and tear on internal workings. Proof of original purchase should be given at the time of reporting a defect. With your rod you will receive a warranty-card which will be numbered. Your rod is unique, take care of it !
To dismantle your rod, make sure the two parts are kept straight when pulling apart. Never turn the male ferrule in the female ferrule.
These rods do not support water and dampness, so do not put back your rod in its case without drying it. Verify that the case is dry. Do not store your rod down flat, always hang it up with the available buckle.
