Being very liquid it can be used as normal head cement. You get a clear, hard, glossy finish in a matter of seconds.
This product is an outstanding performer but it can crystallize with prolonged exposure to temperatures below 7-8 C°. If this does occur, it will look like the resin has gone clumpy, like crystallized honey. The remedy: heat the resin to about 35-40 C°. Use its existing glass container and heat it in a microwave oven. Depending on your microwave, it might take two or three sessions of 10 seconds or so to bring it back to its clear state again (Or you might place the glass bottle in a hot water bowl or over a heater). Once this has been achieved, the resin is perfectly good again and can be used and it will stay like this for years. |
